How to Download
and Use Your Spanish Course
Download the course, open the lessons on your device, and keep one safe backup copy.

Three simple steps
Use a computer when possible. It is usually the easiest way to download and organise the complete course.
Keep the extracted folder—not only the ZIP file
Store a second copy in iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or on an external drive.
Open only the instructions you need
Each section includes a short visual cue and the exact steps for that device.
Let the full ZIP file finish downloading
Do not close the browser or turn off the device while the course is downloading.

WindowsRight-click and choose “Extract All”
- Open the Downloads folder.
- Right-click the course ZIP file.
- Select Extract All.
- Choose where to save the course and click Extract.
- Open the new folder to access the lessons.

MacDouble-click the ZIP file
- Open the Downloads folder.
- Double-click the course ZIP file.
- Wait for the new course folder to appear.
- Open that folder to access the lessons.

iPhone or iPadUse the built-in Files app
- Open the course email and tap the download link.
- Wait until the download is complete.
- Open the Files app and then Downloads.
- Tap the ZIP file once.
- Open the new course folder that appears.

AndroidUse Files or My Files
- Open the course email and tap the download link.
- Open Files, Files by Google, or My Files.
- Open Downloads and tap the ZIP file.
- Choose Extract or Unzip.
- Open the new course folder.
The exact button name may vary slightly between Android devices.
Something not working?
Try the solution that matches what you see on your device.
The download may be incomplete. Delete the file and download it again using a stable Wi-Fi or wired connection. Wait until it finishes completely before opening it.
Check the device’s Downloads folder and search for a filename ending in .zip. Also check Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Updates and search your email for Unlimited Spanish.
Delete files you no longer need or move them to cloud storage. You need enough free space for both the original ZIP file and the extracted course folder.
